Is penis enlargement real or fictitious? What are scientists and research saying about this? These questions are of interest to a considerable number of the stronger sex, who are not tripled by the size of their male organ.
Today we are going to find out the conclusion reached by experts who have analyzed studies evaluating the effectiveness and safety of various methods of penis enlargement.
Marco Ordena and Paolo Gonero from the University of Turin argue that more and more men want to enlarge their penises because they are not happy with the size. Hence the great interest in various methods that can influence the size of the male genital organ.
Italian researchers analyzed 10 reliable studies evaluating the effectiveness and safety of various penis enlargement methods. Half of them are procedures tested on 121 people.
Minimally invasive techniques that do not require the use of a scalpel have been tested on 109 people. One of them is a penile stretch. This is helped by an extensor which exerts a force on the phallus, varying from 600 to 1500 grams.
Extensorswork on the same principle as devices that have been used for many years to extend the limbs, especially the legs. In plastic surgery, the surface of the patient's skin is enlarged during stretching for subsequent transplantation.

The Orders and Gonero claim that you can also enlarge your penis this way. One of the studies cited showed that extensions lengthen it on average by 1. 8 cm. Another study showed that thanks to this method, the penis is lengthened by 2. 3 cm.
However, this method is problematic. In the first study mentioned, the extender was to be used 6 hours per day for 4 months.
Within a second, the device was to be worn 4 hours a day, for 6 months.
Equally problematic to use, but not very effective, has been a penis enlargement vacuum pump, which works through an area of low pressure. Orders and Gonero warn that even if used for six months, it may not significantly affect the size of the genital organ.
However, both researchers agree that some of the men who used the pump experienced psychological benefits because they were satisfied with the pump.
However, the cock rings at the base of the penis, which help keep more blood in the corpora cavernosa, can be helpful. "These rings can increase the size of the penis and prolong erections, especially for men suffering from psychological anxiety, " explain the Italian experts. However, they admit to having analyzed only two documented cases of testing of this method.
The Orders and Gonero have also tested the effectiveness of quite popular exercises which should improve blood circulation and thereby enlarge the penis.

In 1970 they were proposed by Dr Brian Richards from the UK. In one of the sexology magazines, he claimed to have tested this powerful method on 32 people. In 28 of them, the penis lengthened by an average of 3. 5 cm, while the volume increased by about 3 cm.
But the Italian researchers do not confirm this. Their analysis did not show that the exercises to improve the blood supply to the penis allowed it to significantly lengthen or even increase its girth.
However, on the World Wide Web, you can find a considerable number of techniques, including jelqing, which have a real positive effect. True, to achieve the desired result, the stronger sex has to work for months. The process can be accelerated by special gels and creams based on natural ingredients, the action of which is aimed at stimulating the growth of penile tissues.
True penis enlargement is possible surgically, usually 2-3 cm. In an operation called a ligamentotomy, a specialist cuts the ligaments in the penis that attach the phallus to the pelvic bone. Because of this, it extends outward to the perineum, but within six months it must be further stretched using a special device in the form of an expander.
Unfortunately, after such an operation, sexual performance may suffer, because with an increase in length, the risk of problems with filling the cavernous bodies increases.

The penis can also be completely reconstructed, but this procedure, called phalloplasty, is only offered to people with an anatomical defect, a micropenis (less than 7 cm in length).
This technique involves removing the skin from the forearm, twisting it into a penis shape, and implanting it into the penis with an artificial urethra and inflatable erection prostheses.
A penis constructed in this way remains sensitive to stimuli because its surface is covered with micropenis tissue. In addition, medicine offers methods in which fragments of fat or muscle are transplanted.
